I So Love Survivor Heroes vs Villains - Go Russell & Parvati!

Survivor Heroes vs VillainsSurvivor fans all over the globe would agree with me that Survivor: Heroes vs Villains is the BEST season of our favorite "reality" show. Every week, the castaways this season, particularly Parvati Shallow and Russell Hantz, haven't failed to leave me speechless after each tribal council. I LOVE SURVIVOR!

Before the season started, I was rooting for 4 of my past Survivor favorites - Russell Hantz (of course), Parvati Shallow, Rob Mariano and Tom Westman. Now, only 2 of them remain and I'm a bit nervous as to how everything's going to play out for both of them - Russell and Parvati.

I still love Tom even after he got voted out. He was at the weaker alliance over at the Heroes tribe. I would've loved to see more of him, though, instead of Rupert Boneham who is more of an asshole this season than anyone in the Villains tribe. Like, really. That bickering about plantains in their last tribal council was just ridiculous. I'm glad Russell cut him and Danielle off by saying that it's just plantains, let's get on to the game, dang it. Rupert's so full of himself. He's no longer the stronger player in the game. He's too old for this. He's not even likeable anymore.

I love Rob Mariano. However, after episode 5, I have been extremely disappointed by how he played the game. His poor gameplay and strategy this season resulted to his early boot on episode 6. I still respect him as a player for what he did in Survivor All-Stars, but he's a loser this season. Keeping Courtney and Sandra in the game wasn't a good idea. They can't help you by winning any immunities in the future, so why keep them? Tsk. He really deserved to get the boot. He was a lousy player this season.Jeff Probst with Rob's Name

I love JT Thomas this season. I didn't like him back in Survivor Tocantins because Stephen was the one who really strategized to get them to the finale. This season, though, JT did a lot of bold moves, one of which was giving Russell Hantz the immunity idol. I know, some of you might disagree with me. I do think JT was stupid for giving and trusting Russell the idol, but if you were out there with them, it was really a creative and bold move, that if Russell was really in trouble, JT's move could've turned the game upside down. BUT, Russell, who's the second most cunning player of all time (Parvati beat him to the title because of the last tribal), was not trustworthy and they all had no idea how good he is. So, it resulted to the Heroes demise.

Villains tribe had no idea what just went down.

I really want to talk about the last episode where Parvati showed everyone how to play the game of Survivor... how to use the hidden immunity idols to kick the other tribe's ass. It's just too funny how scared everyone is of her. She's a great player, and players like Amanda Kimmel is not even close to how great of a strategist Parvati is. Actually, Amanda was the ONLY reason everything went down like that last tribal where JT was voted out. Amanda stupidly hinted Parvati that she should play the idol for herself just so they can get it out and fool her because they're not going to vote for her in the end. Parvati knew Amanda was lying to her and she knows just what to do. Russell gave her his immunity idol and Parvati also found her own idol. She gave it to Sandra and Jerri, and that was just a crazy move!Parvati handing a 2nd idol to Jerri

The looks on the Heroes' faces when Parvati pulled out another immunity idol was crazy!!!! The Heroes tribe were all laughing when Parvati pulled out the first idol, giving it to Sandra. They were thinking that was it. But, when that second idol was pulled out and Parvati gave it to Jerri, who the whole Heroes tribe voted for, the expressions on their faces were priceless! They were like, "oh shit!". JT even said, "Damn it." *LOL*

JT was voted out because of this move by Parvati. I admired him, though, for taking it like a sport and a man when Jeff announced he's the next jury member. He shook Russell's hand and said, "Well done."

Jerri Manthey of Survivor Heroes vs Villains Last tribal council really left me speechless. Even Jerri Manthey was speechless and couldn't believe that Parvati just saved her ass. By the way, I love Jerri this season, although she's a bit heavier this season (for fat burner reviews, click here). Jerri's still not a great player, but I'm really glad she's part of Russell and Parvati's alliance. I can see how happy she is that she's finally a part of an alliance of people who REALLY play the game of Survivor. She's been hated and bashed in the past seasons, but this is the first time that she's actually playing the game. If it weren't for her, the alliance of Parvati and Russell wouldn't have lasted as long as they did.

Russell Hantz of Survivor Heroes vs VillainsGoing back to the Parvati-Russell alliance, spoilers reveal that they both make it to the finale. Some say they were with Sandra, some, with Danielle. I hope Russell will win this season because he's really the power player. If it weren't for him, Parvati should've gone home earlier in the season.

Go ahead and hate on Russell, but you cannot deny that he's the best Survivor player of all times. He might not have won last season, but it's still undeniable that he is the greatest among the best. Even Jeff Probst admitted this on his blog about Survivor.
