You know I'm writing this post for you, my newfound friend. No, it's not because you were telling me to write about you, but because I really wanted to do this.

To everyone reading this and have been here on my blog before, I know most of you are already familiar with my "story". Just read on. Thanks to those who expressed their concern through private messages upon reading this post. Most of my friends who have known me for years will tell you I can handle myself. But, thanks still for caring enough. :)

We just started to get to know each other and, as I've mentioned during one of our many conversations, you're a breath of fresh air. I guess in this time and age, it's pretty surprising to me to be able to talk to a guy who can be serious, mature and funny all at the same time.

What's crazy is you keep me interested. Even though most of the time, we run out of things to talk about, it's all fine just knowing you're on the other end of the line. And in your simple, but sweet ways, you make me feel special.

This morning was hilarious! You woke me up and forced me to do something I've never done with anyone who I'm still getting to know. In the beginning of any relationship - may it be platonic or romantic - you want to put your best foot forward (note that I didn't say I wanted to impress you). But, you made me feel it was okay for you to see me all nerdy and with that, I don't know, just-got-out-of-bed-ish look. *LOL* Even without Savoy house lighting in my room to help you see me better, I don't think I'll look any crazier than I did this morning. This last line, I'll explain to you next time.

I don't have any expectations. I want to take this slow. Just like how this old song goes, "Whatever will be will be". So, all I want to do now is enjoy my time with you. And I believe we both agree on that. But, I want to let you know that whatever happens, I want you in my life. You can be in it just as a long-distance (like Marikina is too far, eh? *LOL*) friend, a lover, or even a newfound best friend. For now, all I can say is I'm so glad I met you. ^_^
