I just had this experience with my make money online blog - Pinay Online Money Maker. I thought my domain was down or that my entire blog was experiencing problems.
I complained in Facebook and a friend of mine told me she was able to access my blog. Waahh! Good thing I know of this site (someone shared this with me):

I have been there before were I think some site has banned my ip or something. But it usually a universal change the site has taken.
