Ever Been on a Casino-Themed Party?

I haven't been in a casino and I'm not really into gambling. I don't give up easily and I'm very optimistic so that's the main reason I don't gamble - I might just lose it all because I'm hopeful. LOL

So, I don't know how to play any casino games, let alone poker. My partner Mai was playing Texas Hold 'em Poker on Facebook so she learned how to play it. And, just the other day, I learned how to play, too. We installed a computer game - Texas Hold'em Poker 3D - so I can learn to play and play against Mai. I learned how to play quickly because of her short tutorial. We connected the game online and played against other people. I was winning for the most part.

Mai enjoyed the game so much that we thought about setting up a casino party for our friends who also play poker. My brother Kenneth also plays poker so we want to play against him first. I won against Mai a couple of times when we played on LAN. I enjoyed the concept of the game so much that I'm actually serious about the party.

I got excited about this idea because I know a few friends who play poker, too, and have been in casinos themselves who'd enjoy a casino-themed party. I wonder, though, if there's a place here in Manila that offers casino party rentals where we can rent supplies for different casino games (Blackjack, Roulette, etc), casino tables and maybe even hire dealers for the party.

I once attended a casino-themed party during a friend's bachelorette's party. I wasn't really familiar with the games so I only got to play Slot machines and Blackjack. We weren't really playing for real money so I didn't lose anything. And that's why I decided to play. LOL.
