Going All White with Furniture

I honestly don't have any piece of clothing that's colored white. Well, technically, white isn't a color, but, anyway. It's not that I hate white, but, I feel exposed whenever I'm wearing something too light. I guess that's why I prefer wearing dark or black tops (hehehe).
But, when it comes to furniture, I actually love them in white. Some may argue that it's a bit harder to maintain white furniture so they prefer something darker in color. But, the thing is, white furniture, even simple white mirrors, can really make your home or any place look sophisticated. And, most of the time, from what I've observed, people are more careful with white furniture.
I remember working for a certain call center where they use mostly white furniture. When I entered their office for the first time, I was drawn to their white sofa, tables and file storage. It was actually my first time seeing that much white in my life, but, it was really relaxing. I was scheduled for an interview so the atmosphere really helped calm my nerves.
Here in our home, I'm the only one who has white bedroom furniture – a queen-sized bed. As much as we want to have a white sofa or table at our living room, we can't. We have pets, especially a cat who loves sleeping at our sofa after "hunting" outside. We also entertain a lot of people here who I know won't feel comfortable sitting on a white sofa. LOLz.
