The much-awaited American Idol Season 11 Finale is currently happening in the US, and I can't be more excited than to find out who'll win. I deeply and sincerely hope Jessica Sanchez wins American Idol over Phillip Phillips.

The judges didn't like Jessica's version of the song, but Phil Phillips got a standing ovation. SERIOUSLY? He's unoriginal. We've seen this act before! C'MON! @_@

MY THOUGHTS:

Most people might think that because I'm a Filipina, I'm rooting for Jessica. The truth is I never supported any Filipino singer who made it to American Idol in the past as much as I'm openly and virally spreading the word about my support for Jessica Sanchez. It's only because I believe she's the most talented American Idol contestant this season, and she deserves to win.

I never really liked Phil Phillips because the truth is, we've seen that kind of act before. At least Kris Allen and Lee deWyze were genuinely cute. Plus, they're humble, unlike Phil, with all his no-care-in-the-world attitude. Nevertheless, I believe Jessica and Phil will get their own recording contracts after this, whatever the results may be. But, I foresee Jessica being the more successful between them two.

I've seen Jessica fighting to stay and making it to the finale. In fact, even though the Mariah Carey's song My All was the hardest ever to pull off, she did her best and hers is the only rendition that was decent enough to not suck 'cause, c'mon! It was a fricking tough song, which is why I was pissed at Jennifer Lopez for choosing it for her.

I am praying and hoping Jessica Sanchez wins American Idol Season 11. She's got the support of Filipinos everywhere in the world. GOOD LUCK!!
