Because of recent events in my life, I had to leave my "babies" behind. I had to tell them the news last Monday and I know how disappointing it was and how sad they were to see me go. I feel exactly the same way... I deeply miss 'em.

So, here's a post I dedicate exclusively for them. I hope they all get to read this.

Team, I hope no one feels betrayed for me leaving you so suddenly. Medyo na-beybi ko ata kayo but I hope you won't have a hard time with your new TL/s.

I know we've been through a lot, even if my stay with you was short. I am SO proud of you all. I hope that my leaving you won't stop you from working your asses off to be on top.

I want to thank each one of you for listening to me and following me despite all your complaints and violent reactions (Hehehe). Thank you for showing me respect even when I kid around sometimes or I make your life a bit difficult. (Naiiyak ako, gosh)

Grabeh, I'm so proud of y'all, promise! I'm happy, in a way, 'coz I left on a good note. I know, we just started to move up tapos I left ng biglaan... pero I know you guys will continue what we started.

Don't feel sad about me leaving. Kahit wala na ko jan, make me proud! I still wanna get updates from you sa mga nangyayari senyo jan. I hope they'll take care of you the way I did. Waaahh. Miss ko na kayo!

Marco - Thanks for following me. I am very much aware na nagpapakatino ka rin for me, and I want to thank you for that. The first weeks, I had difficulty dealing with you pero I guess we were both adjusting. You're one of those people na mamimiss ko talaga. Masakit pa rin ang braso ko sa kakakurot mo. I hope your new TL can adjust to your attitude the way I did. Keep up the good work. Magpakatino ka, sayang ang skills mo. Ilang beses ko na napatunayan sa sarili ko na you have great potential to be a leader kahit na di ka nag-agree. I can see that potential kahit na pasaway ka noh. Matindi vibes ko sa tao. Basta, I'll miss your kakulitan and pagiging pasaway (pero me binatbat naman). Cyah soon!

Krishna - Isa ka pang makulet ka! Hehehe. Ayan, wala na maninita sayo sa pag-shake mo ng legs mo. Nakakahilo talaga kaya! Kidding aside, I want to thank you for updating the trackers (kahit minsan kulang-kulang hehehe). You know that you're the one I trust most sa team. Pakaayos ka para ma-promote ka. And mamimiss ko pag-hover mo while I'm doing admin tasks. Wala tuloy ako matapos kaya nilipat kita sa malayo bwahahaha. Joke lang (jokes are always half-meant hehehe). Mamimiss ko rin mga kwentuhan natin and kakulitan mo.

Ron - You're the one who really surprised me. First time sa call center pero you're kicking the tenure ones' asses! Keep it up, Ron. Thank you for being oh so responsible sa mga tasks na in-assign ko sayo or you voluntarily accomplished for the team. You have great potential to move up so keep up the good work. Mamimiss ko kwentuhan natin and kakulitan mo. Good luck to your future endeavors. Balitaan mo ko ha? Friendsters naman tayo eh. Ayoko mag-facebook. I've got too many social networking pages to update na eh. Pero try ko kung maayos ko pa yun.

Jim - The "class clown" (edit: he texted me na wag daw ilagay na "clown" sya dito sa tribute ko. haller, you're so funny kaya!). First day pa lang, I knew you'll be the funniest person sa team. Thank you for making me laugh. Ice-breaker ka talaga. You also surprised me with your performance. Basta, keep it up ha? Thank you for your determination and dedication to improve and help the team. Naalala ko tuloy yung "hard on" hirit mo nung training. Hahahaha. Basta, mamimiss kita!

Fred - You're the most serious person I've ever met when it comes to work. And that's a compliment. You made my job easy 'coz you really listen. Minsan, nag-over analyze ka pero that's okay. Just lessen your paranoia 'coz you're doing pretty well. Thank you for being oh so responsible with the team. Thanks for the updates during the weekend and when I'm not there. You have a potential to be a Team Leader, too, so keep up the good work. And sana pagbalik ko jan, di ka na masyadong malalim mag-Tagalog. Hehehehe.

Ives - Too bad wala ka nung last day ko. Gusto ko pa naman kumpleto tayo on my last day pero it was totally unexpected naman. I hope naayos na ang dapat maayos and I hope you had a good time din during your vacation. I didn't want to tell you while you're on leave sana kaso you texted me eh. Anyway, thanks for all your hard work. Ikaw yung tao na I know loves his job. It's very evident when I'm listening to your calls or just observing you, even during our coaching sessions. Thank you for being the way you are, makulet na seryoso sa work. Keep it up!

John - Nakoh, I just remembered. 'Yung sa access mo. I hope maayos pa 'yun. Sorry ha, dami kasi iniisip and nagmamadali na ko nung Monday. Basta keep your cool. Thank you for all your effort to improve. I'll remember you as the most mature person in the team, and that's a compliment.

Jackie - Natawa ako sa text mo na I'm like your Mommy. Nyah! Pero I know that was good coming from you. Continue improving. I appreciate all your effort and I hope you'll have a good future sa company even without me by your side. You might not know it but your teammates are there for you. Just update me kung ano na nangyayari sa'yo jan, ha?

Mark - Ikaw ata pinakamatigas ang ulo sa team. Magtatanong sabay di maniniwala. Hehehe. Pero okay lang. I know that's just how you are. Basta bawasan lang ng konti ang "wind", if y'know what I mean. Naalala ko tuloy, you were the first one to talk to me nung start ng training ko with you all. All of you knew each other so medyo naiilang ako. But when you started chatting with me, medyo gumaan ang loob ko. Thank you for that. I won't forget you because of that simple gesture. Magpakatino ka ha? Hehehe.

Joan - Although wala ka na when I left, I'm still hoping na you'll do better sa current job mo. Sayang ang customer service skills mo. Don't put all your energy and effort to waste for something not worth holding on to. Being selfish is sometimes good for you.
Angel - Last but definitely not the least. Natawa ako nung nalaman mo na naintindihan ko yung pinag-usapan nyo during training as to why you left your previous company. You guys thought all along na I didn't understand what you were talking about but I did. I just didn't show it. Hehehe. Pero thank you for your effort to improve on your attendance. Thank you for following me and showing me respect. You've got potential so don't lose it, okay? Na-touch ako sa sinabi mo nung nag-meeting tayo na I was the first TL to really take care of you. I guess that's how I really am... people pleaser. And nakita ko naman na you deserve to be taken care of. All of you deserved the kind of attention and treatment na binigay ko. Thank you for your warmth. I'll surely miss you.

Ayan, drama mode na 'ko. Sobrang bigat sa loob to leave you but I know you all understand why I had to.

Sana I'll have a chance to go back pa. Then, let's go out and drink our hearts out (not literally). I hope you won't forget me 'coz I know I won't forget you all.
